We are recruiting a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis for a company in Raleigh who has shown a consistent level of growth over the past several  years. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all things related to Corporate Finance -  this includes budgeting and forecasting, financial and ad hoc analysis, working cross functionally on business initiatives and providing financial insight.    Salary to $130K plus bonus

  Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Forecasting: Drive the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.  Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics. Provide actionable insights to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Compliance and Controls: Ensure adherence to financial controls and compliance requirements. Assist in internal and external audits as needed.
  • Financial Reporting: Work with consolidated and large data set to allow users to see a snapshot of the health of the business.  These models may also be used for M&A transactions and disposals
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA is a huge plus, CPA is desired
  • 5 years of experience in finance to include functioning in a supervisory role
  • Advanced financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting and other financial systems experience.
