Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis POST NUMBER: 422372
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Forecasting: Drive the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making. Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management
- Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics. Provide actionable insights to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Compliance and Controls: Ensure adherence to financial controls and compliance requirements. Assist in internal and external audits as needed.
- Financial Reporting: Work with consolidated and large data set to allow users to see a snapshot of the health of the business. These models may also be used for M&A transactions and disposals
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA is a huge plus, CPA is desired
- 5 years of experience in finance to include functioning in a supervisory role
- Advanced financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting and other financial systems experience.
