About the Opportunity
- Financial Leadership: Lead all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, and the development of internal control policies and procedures.
- Strategic Planning: Work closely with the Group CFO and COO to drive the company's financial strategy and planning. Provide insights and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plans.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS as part of the Group consolidated financials. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Internal Controls: Develop and maintain a strong internal control environment to safeguard the company's assets and ensure the integrity of financial information.
- M&A Activities: Assist the Corporate Development team with financial due diligence, integration, and post-acquisition activities. Support the company's growth through strategic acquisitions.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
About You
- CPA designation
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience, including industry experience in a financial leadership role.
- Strong hands-on experience in corporate accounting and financial reporting in a multi-entity structure.
- Proven ability to manage a sizeable team and lead a high-performing finance function.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Microsoft D365 Business Central or similar ERP systems.
Salary Range
$150,000 to $170,000/year
