About the Opportunity
- Responsible for timely and accurate receipt of A&S premiums and any follow ups required to ensure our A&S premiums are closely managed
- Support transition from manual premium remittance file uploads onto proprietary system to direct client premium remittance file upload through our online portal
- Work with clients to ensure accurate and timely remittance of monthly premiums
- Develop and review monthly premium reporting to ensure that premium flows and trends are as expected
- Support clients in using templates and making updates to premium remittance templates to ensure the remittance can be uploaded
- Review discrepancies generated by the system, including accuracy of group rates and work with internal teams and external partners to resolve and fix any issues
- Ensure that premiums are not missed
- Work closely with Finance team on reporting and premium accruals
- Timely follow ups with clients for missing premiums when needed
- Investigation into unusual premium changes month over month

Salary
$65 000 - $70 000/year

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
