Job Overview:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring that financial planning, analysis, and reporting align with corporate objectives. This role involves managing financial risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic insights that contribute to the long-term growth of the organization. The Finance Manager will collaborate closely with department heads and senior management to optimize financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
- Monitor actual performance against the budget and provide variance analysis reports.

Financial Planning & Strategy:
- Develop and implement financial strategies that support long-term business objectives.
- Work with senior management to assess financial risks and opportunities.
- Create financial models for decision-making on investments, projects, and new initiatives.

Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
- Oversee internal controls, audits, and risk management processes to safeguard company assets.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as necessary.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management:
- Manage the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity to meet operational needs.
- Oversee capital allocation and investment decisions to maximize returns.
- Optimize working capital management by improving collections, payables, and inventory management.

Team Leadership & Development:
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, ensuring high performance and growth.
- Facilitate professional development and training for team members.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or relevant certification such as CPA, CFA preferred).
- 5 years of progressive financial management experience.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Proficiency with financial management software and ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong leadership abilities and a track record of managing teams.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
