JOB SUMMARY
Vaco Technology is currently seeking a .NET Technical Lead for a 3-6M C2H opportunity that is located in Addison, TX 75001 (onsite 2-3 days per week). The .NET Technical Lead will lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical leadership on MS Technologies (.NET / .NET Core / PowerShell) throughout the entire SDLC. The .NET Technical Lead will architect and design robust software solutions, defining best practices, and ensuring successful delivery of high quality solutions.
- Lead / Mentor a Team of Developers – Foster Collaborative / High-Performing Development Environments
- Provide Technical Leadership from Design / Architecture to Implementation / Deployment
- Define Best Practices / Procedures / Coding Standards Ensuring Consistent / Maintainable Code – Software Development / Design Patterns / Clean Code Principles / Version Control Systems, etc.

- Analyze / Understand Complex Business / Functional Requirements – Translating Requirements into Clear Technical Specifications
- Architect / Design Robust / Scalable / Secure Software Solutions Leveraging .NET / .NET Core / PowerShell
- Lead DevOps Initiatives within the Team – Implement Robust Testing Strategies / CI/CD Pipelines
- Collaborate with Operations / Testing Teams – Ensure Smooth Deployments / Ongoing System Health
- Guide Code Reviews / Mentor Junior Developers / Foster Culture of Continuous Learning

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- .NET Technical Lead (7 years) – .NET / .NET Core / PowerShell
- Data Modeling / Schema Design / SQL Querying – Write Efficient / Maintainable SQL to Retrieve / Manipulate / Update Data / SSIS (ETL) within Large / Complex Data Sets
- WebServices – REST API / Web Endpoints / Data Access (Structured / Unstructured)
- DevOps Development – CI/CD Pipelines / Jenkins, etc.
- Azure Cloud Platform – Azure Functions / Serverless Compute / Logic Apps / DataFactory Pipelines to Automate Workflows / Tasks / Integration with WebServices / APIs and Services with Logic Apps
- Application / Software Integration – POS / ERP / eCommerce Systems
- Data Compliance Regulations (understanding) – GDPR / PCI, etc.
