Financial Analyst FP&A
Reports to: FP&A Manager
Location: Montreal, Quebec
My client is a leading real estate development and construction Montreal-based company. The Financial analyst is a professional eager to support project teams and contribute to the financial planning and analysis functions in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare in-depth analysis reports for various draw requests.
- Coordinate with cost consultants to ensure accurate financial documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across construction projects.
- Validate all required documentation for draw requests, including denunciation and waiver tables.
- Work closely with accounting and construction departments to ensure smooth financial processes.
- Prepare and manage cashflow reports to provide essential financial insights.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts.
- Assist in preparing pro-forma statements.
- Deliver ad-hoc reports as needed to support management decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting; experience in the construction industry is an asset.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience with Yardi software is an advantage.
- Bilingual in spoken and written French and English.

Ce rôle nouvellement créé, Analyst financier est parfait pour un professionnel de projet et de contribuer aux fonctions de planification et d'analyse financière dans un environnement dynamique.
Responsabilités principales :
- Préparer des rapports d'analyse détaillés pour les différentes demandes de tirage.
- Coordonner avec les consultants en coûts pour assurer l'exactitude de la documentation financière.
- Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires sur des projets de construction.
- Valider toute la documentation requise pour les demandes de tirage, y compris les tableaux de dénonciation et de renonciation.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les départements de comptabilité et de construction pour garantir des processus financiers fluides.
- Préparer et gérer les rapports de flux de trésorerie pour fournir des informations financières essentielles.
- Participer aux efforts de budgétisation, de prévision et de planification financière.
- Aider à la préparation des états pro forma.
- Produire des rapports ad hoc selon les besoins pour soutenir la prise de décision.
Qualifications :
- Diplôme en comptabilité ou équivalent.
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en comptabilité; l'expérience dans l'industrie de la construction est un atout.
- Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Excel et Word.
- Expérience avec le logiciel Yardi est un avantage.
- Bilinguisme en français et anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
