Client Service Associate POST NUMBER: 423137
Responsibilities
- Serve as a staunch advocate for clients, swiftly and enthusiastically addressing their concerns with diligence and expertise
- Collaborate closely with operations team to proactively manage client issues and maintain robust communication channels
- Work closely with Investment Advisors to create an institutional level process for each client that creates a common experience throughout the firm
- Work together with the client service team to schedule, plan, and execute high quality meetings for Investment Advisors
- Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence within the team to ensure organizational success
- Self-initiate new projects and recruit team members in order to facilitate growth that align with the mission and vision of the firm
- Collaborate with other client service and investment advisor team members, ensuring consistent
- Work closely with Asset Custodians (primarily Schwab) to resolve client issues including account related issues, money movements, and other requests
- Coordinate with Private Investment Fund Managers to circulate client documents and manage capital calls and distributions
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in client services, particularly within financial services
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with high-net worth individuals and families
- A disciplined, organized approach to managing schedules, meetings, and follow-ups
- An enthusiastic and entrepreneurial individual that loves taking on and initiating new projects
- Experience with Wealthbox, MS Office, Schwab Advisor Services is a plus
