Vaco Richmond is recruiting for an experienced Collections and Accounts Receivable Manager who will lead a medium to large-sized team. This individual will oversee management of customer payments, and unbilled revenue, coordinate the collections process, and oversee client accounts. This role is crucial for ensuring the financial health and efficiency of our client's operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate prompt payment of outstanding invoices.
  • Create and implement effective billing policies and procedures.
  • Monitor client accounts, identify overdue payments, and initiate appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Generate and distribute invoices to clients/vendors accurately and timely.
  • Verify billing data and collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing discrepancies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to corporate clients, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3  years of managerial experience for a medium to large sized Collections and or Accounts Receivable team.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, billing software, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring tasks and projects are executed accurately and on time.
