Join the Global Operations team in the US. Global Operations is dedicated to providing services, including operational services for global internal and Market Technology customers. Global Operations US, EU and Asia cooperate closely with many other clients Units to ensure effective and efficient end to end service delivery.

The main objective of the Global Operations PMO team is to understand the information technology of our internal and external customers’ needs and provide high quality technical program and project management. As our new member, you will work with a group of hard-working and experienced team members.
The Project Manager’s role manages a portfolio of programs and projects that cover internal high profile projects, compliance activities related to Internal Audit and Information Security, financial management, internal customer relationship management and other crucial programs and projects that ensure success of client.

Your role and responsibilities:
As a Project Manager Senior Specialist, your focus will be ensuring successful creation, tracking and completion of project and program activities. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Bangalore, you will also work closely with client teams in other countries

• Plan, supervise and lead projects from initiation through to delivery and support within projects.
• Utilise resources and use formal processes and tools to handle resources, budgets, risks and changes.
• Ensure deliverables meet requirements, internal and external collaborators are satisfied and it meets the project plan's obligations regarding specifications, quality, costs and timeframes
• Drive programs of work to deliver new implementations, configuration and development of improvements and service releases.
• Maintain an accurate project schedule with breakthroughs and contingency buffers.
• Identify project results and supervise them through to acceptance by the customer.
• Ensure risks are identified and recorded with mitigating actions agreed.
• Supervise the forecasted and actual hours/budget for a project delivery, manage any deviations and supervise progress and tracking based on budget constraints.
• Control meetings by setting out clear agendas and maintaining records of decisions and action points.
• Request resources and maintains resource timelines, update forecasting against allocations.

We expect you to have:
• At least 5 years in a Technology & Project Management role.
• Experience in Financial Services e.g. Fintech provider, exchange, bank, broker, or financial institution
• Experience managing technology projects consisting of infrastructure, systems, and applications.
• Broad knowledge of capital markets and trading systems
• Excellent analytical and organisational skills
• Strong customer facing / engagement skills
• Establish relationships that develop trust and encourage confidence.
• A highly collaborative working style

• Education Required: Degree qualified in Computer Science, business administration or related subject area with proven project management delivery.
