HR Generalist POST NUMBER: 424576
Position Summary:
Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies in talent management, rewards, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support to all levels, partnering with managers to align people and performance with business outcomes.
- Maintain high ethical standards, fostering respect and trust.
- Assist business partners with coaching, performance management, and policy interpretation.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding compensation, policies, and compliance.
- Manage the tuition reimbursement program and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support employee relations, conduct investigations, manage off-boarding, and perform exit interviews.
- Stay updated on HR regulations and participate in audits.
- Perform other HR-related duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field (preferred).
- Experience with the payroll software Paycom is highly preferred! Paycom implementation experience is a plus!
- 2-3 years of HR experience with increasing responsibility.
- Knowledge of HR disciplines including talent management, employee relations, and employment law.
- Strong decision-making, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information and meet multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and effective communication skills.
