En tant qu'Analyste senior – Prévisions financières, tu relèveras de la Directrice des Prévisions financières et tu seras responsable de la préparation des budgets et des prévisions financières. Ton rôle consistera à améliorer l’efficacité financière et à fournir des analyses stratégiques à travers une collaboration et une analyse de données approfondie.
Responsabilités clés

Élaboration et mise à jour des budgets : Prendre en charge la préparation et la mise à jour des budgets, couvrant les revenus, les effectifs, les dépenses, les immobilisations et les projets.

Prévisions financières et analyses : Développer des prévisions financières détaillées et réaliser des analyses approfondies de la performance budgétaire. Tu concevras également des outils pour soutenir des prévisions financières continues et prédictives.

Collaboration et soutien stratégique : Collaborer avec les unités d'affaires et les équipes de projets spéciaux pour gérer le processus budgétaire et suivre la performance financière. Tu coordonneras également certains aspects liés au suivi financier du plan stratégique.

Efficacité et optimisation : Assurer l'utilisation efficace des ressources financières et identifier des opportunités pour améliorer les processus de budgétisation et de prévisions financières.

Soutien au plan stratégique : Contribuer à la mise en œuvre des aspects financiers liés aux initiatives stratégiques de l’entreprise.
Qualifications et expérience
- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires avec une spécialisation en comptabilité ou en finances
- Certification CPA ou l’équivalent
- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en prévisions financières, budgétisation et modélisation financière
- Maîtrise avancée d’Excel
- Bilinguisme requis (français et anglais)

- Solides aptitudes relationnelles et compétences en communication
- Autonomie, initiative et capacité d’adaptation au changement
