Location: Livingston, NJ (Hybrid Schedule).
Compensation: $140,000 Bonus

We seek an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and SEC compliance for a cutting-edge healthcare technology company. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervised accounting activities: accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly closing
- Analyze company expenses and generate variance analyses for budgeting
- Prepare quarterly and yearly financial reports, ensuring SEC compliance
- Manage intercompany balances, fixed assets, and cash/bank reconciliations
- Administer payroll using Paychex
- Create and review journal entries for capital spending, property taxes, deferred taxes, and other key accounts
- Assist with external audits and special projects
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5-7 years of leadership experience in financial reporting or general ledger management
- Expertise in technical accounting, SEC filings, and SOX regulations
- Proficiency in Sage MAS 200, Excel, and automated accounting software
- Experience with inventory and warehouse accounting
