Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable activities
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Handle incoming calls and emails related to accounts payable
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve vendor issues
- Work closely with the procurement department
- Perform other related tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in accounts payable within the construction industry
- Proficiency with Yardi software
- Bilingual (English/French) with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong team player, able to follow directions and contribute ideas
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsabilités :
- Gérer les activités liées aux comptes payables
- Effectuer la réconciliation des états de compte des fournisseurs
- Traiter les appels et courriels relatifs aux comptes payables
- Collaborer avec les départements internes pour résoudre les problèmes fournisseurs
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le service des achats
- Exécuter d'autres tâches connexes au besoin
Exigences :
- Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience dans les comptes payables dans l’industrie de la construction
- Expérience avec le logiciel Yardi
- Bilingue (français/anglais) avec d’excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite
- Esprit d’équipe, capable de suivre des directives tout en apportant des idées nouvelles
- Autonome, organisé et capable de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément
