Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Engineer to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing and configuring security solutions across various platforms. This role is critical in ensuring the security of our organization by implementing, managing, and optimizing security technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CarbonBlack:

    • Manage, monitor, and configure CarbonBlack for endpoint protection.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to threat detection, response, and prevention using CarbonBlack.
    • Ensure systems are updated and properly configured for optimal security.
  • Proofpoint:

    • Administer and configure Proofpoint for email security and protection against phishing and malware attacks.
    • Maintain Proofpoint configurations, policies, and monitoring to safeguard email systems.
    • Collaborate with the team to enhance email security protocols.
  • Zscaler:

    • Configure and manage Zscaler web security solutions to ensure secure internet access.
    • Develop and enforce security policies through Zscaler to protect against web-based threats.
    • Provide ongoing support and optimization for secure web gateway solutions.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Okta:

    • Experience with identity and access management using Okta.
    • Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions.
  • Palo Alto:

    • Experience with Palo Alto firewall configuration and management.
    • Troubleshoot network security issues and optimize firewall rules.
  • Ping Identity:

    • Knowledge of Ping for advanced identity and access management solutions.
    • Manage integrations for secure authentication across platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with CarbonBlack, Proofpoint, and Zscaler.
  • Experience in implementing security policies and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze and respond to security incidents.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Okta, Palo Alto, and Ping Identity.
  • Industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) are a plus.
