Vaco is hiring for a Bilingual Customer Service Reps located in Boca Raton; FL. This is a direct hire position and includes health benefits.

Position Summary:
Case Managers will work directly with clients; third parties; providers; and insurance companies. They should be comfortable with computers; general office tasks; and excel at both verbal and written communication. They are responsible for handling fact-finding projects and gathering and organizing documents and information. Our caseload is growing and the ideal candidate for this position is organized; professional; responsible; and committed to helping us meet our clients' needs. Duties:
  • Perform data entry duties
  • Gather information and documents from clients and other sources
  • Handle incoming calls and other communication interaction with clients and third parties
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients
  • Maintain and organize electronic case files
  • Perform additional duties as required by the Case Manager Supervisor

Requirements & Skills:
  • Full-time; 8:00am to 5:00pm; M-F
  • Customer service or previous call center experience is preferred
  • Strong and clear phone presence
  • Experience using computers and performing data-entry functions
  • Legal experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
  • Have a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Team-oriented
