Job Title: Accounting Specialist 
Location: Anaheim, CA (Full-Time Onsite)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist for a temp-to-hire position located in Anaheim, CA. The Accounting Specialist will assist with various financial operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. This full-time, onsite role offers the opportunity to collaborate with the accounting team and contribute to the company’s overall financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, issuing payments, and reconciling accounts.
  • Conduct audits of payroll records to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and make bank deposits as needed.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Assist with ordering and inventory management processes.
  • Generate and process customer invoices.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by analyzing account information.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial information and support.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
