Compensation & Benefits Analyst POST NUMBER: 426798
We're seeking a skilled Compensation & Benefits Analyst to develop and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits programs. The ideal candidate will analyze market trends, administer benefits, and ensure compliance while supporting our organization's talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Key Functions:
- Collaborate on crafting and executing compensation strategies, including performance-based incentives, job classification adjustments, and salary actions for various personnel changes.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of compensation-related policies and guidelines.
- Provide expert guidance to leadership on pay structures, regulatory compliance, and compensation decisions.
- Spearhead market research initiatives, generating insights on remuneration trends and projections.
- Oversee and administer designated employee perks and programs.
- Serve as a resource for staff inquiries, facilitate leave processes, and address benefits-related concerns.
- Demonstrate proficiency in relevant legislation such as family leave, disability accommodations, and group insurance programs.
- Liaise with external partners to ensure adherence to absence management protocols.
- Assist with yearly benefits selection period, including outreach efforts, staff support, and post-event verification.
- Embody organizational values and mission in all professional endeavors.
- Maintain strict adherence to patient privacy regulations.
- Undertake additional tasks as required.
Desired Credentials:
- University degree in Personnel Management, Commerce, or affiliated discipline. (preferred)
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in total rewards administration.
- Benefit plan design experience
- Experience sitting in meetings with brokers and negotiating plan features
- 401k administration experience
- Track record of managing external service providers.
- Superior communication abilities and analytical prowess.
- Demonstrated reliability and timeliness in professional conduct.
