Responsabilités :
- Participer à la préparation des états financiers consolidés mensuels, trimestriels et annuels.
- Traiter les transactions complexes, telles que les acquisitions, les restructurations fiscales et les opérations comptables inhabituelles, y compris la comptabilisation de la rémunération à base d’actions.
- Contribuer à la consolidation mensuelle des activités des différentes filiales, y compris les entités opérant en devises étrangères.
- Réaliser des analyses financières mensuelles et trimestrielles détaillées, y compris des analyses analytiques approfondies.
- Préparer des analyses financières stratégiques à la demande de la direction.
- Participer aux projets d'amélioration continue et à des initiatives spéciales en lien avec l'optimisation des processus financiers.
- Collaborer avec les auditeurs externes, en fournissant les analyses et explications nécessaires.
- Mettre en œuvre et assurer la conformité aux contrôles internes (52-109) pour maintenir un environnement de contrôle rigoureux.
Profil Recherché :
- CPA requis.
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en comptabilité, incluant une expertise en IFRS et en gestion de transactions complexes (acquisitions, opérations de change, etc.).
- Maitrise des outils de consolidation (ex. Hyperion, Oracle) – essentiel.
- Capacité d’apprentissage rapide et de gestion du changement.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Aptitude à interagir avec différents niveaux hiérarchiques, y compris la haute direction et des intervenants externes.
- Bilinguisme (français/anglais) nécessaire pour échanger avec des équipes à travers le Canada.
