Our client is a Financial Services subsidiary of a Global Automotive Corporation looking to hire a Business Systems Analyst - Finance Systems
About the Opportunity

In 2025 they have a multi year program starting to replace most of their legacy mainframe applications to newer technology.

One of the area their current BSA team does not have the expertise is the experience, working knowledge and understanding of finance and accounting processes.

They use Dynamics GP currently and will migrate to SAP or Business central next year.

They recently onboarded a global manufacturing company on their finance and credit applications / portals.
About You
-
Experienced Business Systems Analyst – requirements gathering, BRDs, UAT, etc
-
Min 3 years of total experience with hands on experience with finance systems migration (any ERP with focus on finance) or working with developing finance applications.

The expectation is one to have knowledge of finance & accounting workflow and processes. Hence strong experience with functional knowledge of AP/AR/GL/consolidation, etc

Strong communication skills – working with finance stakeholders and executive teams

Strong personality – someone who can put their foot down. Assertive but professional
-
Canadian experience min 3 years is a important so as to understand the financial systems

Salary Range
$115,000/year
