Vaco Denver is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our valued client in Boulder, CO. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the accounting department, focusing on Accounts Receivable tasks and projects. If you’re ready to be part of a dynamic team, we invite you to apply!
Position Responsibilities:
  • Enter and process orders in the accounting software; log new orders into Google Sheets daily.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the accounting system.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client account inquiries.
  • Assist sales representatives by researching order pricing, customer information, and other requests.
  • Process cash receipts for checks, ACH, and credit card payments on a daily basis.
  • Manage ACH and credit card payments through the website and web portals.
  • Scan invoices, checks, and other documents, while organizing files in SharePoint and server directories.
  • Perform data entry and other related tasks as needed.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills with a confident phone presence.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Adaptability to changing business environments.
  • Customer service experience (1 year preferred).
  • Entry-level accounting experience (1 year preferred).
  • High school diploma.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
