A CPG company by LAX is looking for a Finance Director to add to their team. In this role, the Finance Director will be responsible for analytics, strategy, and operational finance. What do you need for this Finance Director role?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
- 15 years of finance experience
- Advanced Excel
- Experience in an inventory or product-based company
- Develop, manage, and execute the company's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Provide detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Oversee all financial reporting activities, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and ensure the company meets all financial obligations.
- Work closely with procurement and production teams to optimize cost-efficiency and inventory control.
- Lead pricing strategy, working to reduce waste, streamline processes, and improve profit margins.
- Provide cost analysis and support for production, inventory management, and pricing adjustments.
- Set strategic goals and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide financial insights and guidance on company growth, product development, and expansion opportunities.
- Assess and manage financial risks, including inventory, operational, and market risks.
