As the Senior Analyst – Consolidation, you will play a pivotal role within the finance team, reporting directly to the Director of Consolidation. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the consolidation processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards, and supporting both internal and external audits. You will analyze financial data, coordinate with other finance professionals, and provide insight that influences key decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the consolidation of financial statements and preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and maintain consistency in financial reporting.
- Act as the primary liaison for both internal and external audits, coordinating resources and documentation.
- Provide thorough financial data analysis to assist in decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial consolidation, with a strong understanding of IFRS standards.
- Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills are essential.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.

À propos de l’opportunité
En tant qu’Analyste principal – Consolidation, vous jouerez un rôle central au sein de l'équipe financière, relevant directement du Directeur de la Consolidation. Dans ce poste, vous serez responsable de diriger les processus de consolidation, d'assurer la conformité avec les normes IFRS et de soutenir les audits internes et externes. Vous analyserez les données financières, coordonnerez avec d'autres professionnels de la finance et fournirez des informations qui influenceront les décisions stratégiques.
Responsabilités clés :
- Diriger la consolidation des états financiers et la préparation de rapports pour les parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Assurer la conformité avec les normes IFRS et maintenir la cohérence dans les rapports financiers.
- Agir comme le principal point de contact pour les audits internes et externes, en coordonnant les ressources et la documentation.
- Fournir une analyse approfondie des données financières pour aider à la prise de décision et identifier les domaines d'amélioration.
- Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe; la désignation CPA est requise.
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en consolidation financière, avec une solide compréhension des normes IFRS.
- Maîtrise de SAP et compétences avancées en Excel indispensables.
- Bilinguisme en français et en anglais requis.
