About The Company
Our client, primarily engaged in property and casualty insurance and reinsurance and the associated investment management, is looking to hire a Service Desk Analyst.
About The Opportunity

Customer service is the key, and they do not have multiple levels of service desk.

The team is not structured in various ServiceDesk/helpdesk tiers, everyone jumps on to resolve stakeholders’ issues.

They have one senior technical / service desk analyst who acts as Systems Engineer.

Service Desk team have long term relationship with shareholders and employees

One of the ServiceDesk members has been with the team for the past 11 years, he is great with dealing with people and building relationship.

IT Director is in the office Mon/Tue/Wed, Tuesday is the busiest day in the office due to leadership meetings.

The hiring manager is technically hands-on and manages the entire network infrastructure.

The total number of IT users is around 135 to 140.
-
On average they receive around 5 tickets /day.

The role is also focused on updating inventory, assisting seniors in infrastructure upgrade projects.

This week they are rolling out a password management tool. SSO, etc.
About You
-
Min 4 years of hands-on experience as a Service desk analyst working in Windows environment.

Strong expertise in providing support for Windows OS (10/11), 365, supporting various peripherals (laptops, printers, mobile devices, etc.)

Strong communication skills and being able to build good relationships.

Be able to be onsite 3 days / week and must be flexible
Bonus Items

Patching experience is great.

Updating software.

Experience supporting white glove.
Salary Range
$55,000 - $65,000/year
