About the Opportunity
This is a technical hands-on role with min 5 years of strong Azure cloud and O365 experience. You will be leading the service desk team (4 people – young team, avg of 2 years of service desk exp). Should be able to manage Windows Server administration with networking know-how.
Current infrastructure:

50 Azure servers, 40 enterprise applications, 400 IT users

Fresh service which is like ServiceNow started by the same folks

Enterprise application – Oracle JDE hosted by Syntax based in Montreal, hosted externally, Power BI
About You
-
Min 5 years of hands-on Azure system management and at least 8 years of experience working in Windows environment related to server management.

At least 4 years of exp with O365
-
Strong exp with virtualization

Should be highly proficient with ITIL framework (CAB, change management, problem management)

Technical lead exp for at least 4 years mainly from server management

Customer service approach to work with various non-technical users

ITSM – ser vice desk, CAB, change, and ITIL cert is preferred

Service desk is 20% of the role, 60% technical infrastructure management, 10% ITIL process and 10 % people management

Salary Range
$120,000/year
