About the Opportunity
- Manage the Financial Planning Process. Develop and maintain standardized templates for the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reporting.
- Lead monthly finance calls with FP&A and Accounting teams to review P&L performance against budget.
- Coordinate the budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for IT and People & Culture cost centers.
- Collaborate with FP&A Business Partners across all business units to monitor performance against plans, assess risks, and identify opportunities to close gaps.
- Manage the Corporate Planning Calendar and coordinate timelines with other planning teams - Assist the CFO and Director of FP&A in preparing Board presentations.
- Assist in developing dashboards and reports within ERP and BI tools to support Finance Business Partners in enhancing performance reporting.
- Stage next year’s revenue forecasts from Forecast to Budget scenario at the onset of each budget cycle.
- Lead the design and distribution of budget templates and forms for each budget cycle.
- Act as a financial business partner to Human Resources and Information Systems, providing data-driven financial analysis and presentations.
- Support the Director of FP&A with ad-hoc financial planning and reporting requests, ensuring timely and accurate insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business or Accounting. CPA or MBA preferred.
- 3 years’ experience in related fields.
- Experience in CPG/ Manufacturing industry preferred.
- Proficient in analytics, financial modeling and financial accounting and reporting.
- Advanced user of MS Excel and Power Pivot to handle complex datasets.
- Strong time management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, written, graphical and verbal.
