Job Description
We are a patient-first specialty managed care company for injured workers. We offer a generous benefit package including Medical, Dental and Vision benefits, paid time off, and opportunity for a 401K. We’re looking for talented and professional team members to provide superior customer care.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Process and submit billing data using documented processes and procedures.
• Answer incoming accounts payable calls and email inquiries.
• Perform financial data entry functions using QuickBooks and other proprietary systems.
• Ensure patient’s medical information is accurate and up to date as needed for billing.
• Review all incoming bills for accuracy.
• Calling Providers to request and collect all past due bills and necessary billing documentation
• Process all outgoing payments to vendors.
• Perform end-of-day reporting using pay system and Excel.
• Process incoming mail and distribute to various departments as required.
• Perform all other duties and assignments as directed by management.

Required skills and experience:
• Knowledge of QuickBooks
• Ability to work with others as a team to achieve common goals
• Great organizational and time management skills as well as exceptional attention to detail
• Must be able to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Excellent communication skills (phone and email)
• Must be able to multi-task and follow procedures.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook and all other Microsoft Office business essentials
• Adaptability to technological changes
• Understanding and adhering to policies/procedures
• Ideal candidates have prior medical billing and or collections experience.
• Must be able to adhere to company’s physical & information security standards along with training requirements.
