About the Role: Join our team as a Project Engineer focusing on Analog/Digital/Power Hardware for Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) Manufacturing. Support the Gateway External Robotics System (GERS) program, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure hardware design, manufacturing, and testing are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate hardware design and manufacturing tasks.
- Work with PCB/CCA vendors to manage the manufacturing process.
- Develop test plans and coordinate GSE/test facilities.
- Identify and manage project risks, assisting the Program Manager to meet technical and schedule goals.
- Communicate with teams, subcontractors, and customers to ensure program success.
- Use MS Project, ERP systems, and configuration management tools to track progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering.
- Experience in project management, hardware design, and manufacturing (Analog, Power, Motor, PCB/CCA).
- Proficient in MS Project and ERP systems (Infor LN a plus).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- PMI/PMP certification and IPC Designer Certification are a plus.
- Must obtain security clearance (Reliability Status) and pass Controlled Goods Program (CGP) security assessment.
