Job Overview:
Company is looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the marketing team and drive strategic initiatives. This individual will play a crucial role in building and managing a team of marketing specialists, setting measurable goals, and ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met consistently. Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Growth:
- Build, lead, and develop a team of marketing specialists, including hiring and onboarding new team members as needed.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to support professional development, establish individual goals, and foster a high-performance culture.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, encouraging growth and ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives.

Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, from planning to execution, optimization, and reporting on results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals across all marketing channels.

KPI Management:
- Set measurable goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the marketing team, analyzing and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics, using data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness and optimize future efforts.
- Monitor trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies and keep our brand competitive in the market.

Digital Marketing & Campaigns:
- Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our digital marketing efforts cutting-edge.
- Ensure campaigns are well-coordinated, targeted, and deliver a positive return on investment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing a team.
- Strong experience with digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaign management.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to make strategic decisions.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
