We currently have a contract opportunity available for a local consultant. We are searching for an experienced Database Specialist consultant in the Pittsburgh area.
Our client is looking to merge all its information into a single SharePoint system. Currently, data is spread across several platforms, including on-premise file servers, SharePoint, Google Drive, and Dropbox. Additionally, there are other domains that need to be merged into our client’s domain. An added layer of security must be applied throughout the process. While they do not fall under any specific regulations, there needs to be a general baseline for managing access across the system.
Some items listed below, such as the full build-out of an intranet site and potential automations, may fall into a second phase:
- Develop Intranet with pertinent company information for employees with a central hub to access different areas that a user’s has access to finance, lending, underwriting, HR, IT, etc.
- Combine Domains from Google into 365 accounts and repoint MX records
- Import data/mail from Google to 365
- Import data from Dropbox into a specific site
- Merge other Bridgeway domains into 365 (Monnmade, etc)
- Help to Identify PII across all sources
- Provide insight into DLP
- Provide system specific training to Bridgeway employees on use of 365 services within the Bridgeway environment

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
