Interim FP&A Manager (Consolidations)
Our client, a fast-growing organization in the healthcare technology space, is seeking an Interim FP&A Manager (Consolidations) to join their finance team during an exciting period of growth and transformation. This role will provide critical support during an upcoming parental leave, focusing on consolidations, financial reporting, and corporate financial modeling. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility with some onsite expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead tasks related to FP&A consolidations and financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Collaborate on corporate financial modeling, developing assumptions, drivers, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for quarterly, annual, and long-term planning.
- Build and enhance financial models and processes in Adaptive Insights to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Partner with business units such as R&D, HR, IT Security, and Facilities to run budgets and provide financial analysis.
- Contribute to the development of standardized and automated financial reports, metrics, and dashboards for monthly and quarterly management and board reporting.
- Support operational processes related to fiscal planning, earnings reports, and data structure optimization.
- Create financial reports and presentations for senior executives and the Board, focusing on accessibility and insightful visual design.
Requirements:
- 8 years of finance experience with a strong background in Corporate FP&A at a public or late-stage private company.
- Advanced financial modeling and data manipulation skills in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools such as Adaptive Planning and NetSuite.
- Experience with financial planning tools and ERP systems, with a focus on optimizing processes and accuracy.
- Proven ability to articulate complex data into actionable insights to influence strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills to present financial concepts clearly and effectively.
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure: $70 - $83 per hour.
