We are currently seeking a proactive Accounting Technician to join our client's finance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and supporting the broader financial objectives of the company. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting operations, with a particular focus on utilizing Yardi software to streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve and optimize financial systems and processes.
- Utilize Yardi software to manage and report on financial data efficiently.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in the construction or real estate industry.
- Proficiency in using Yardi software is essential.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Bilingual (EN and FR)

- Gérer les tâches comptables quotidiennes, y compris les comptes fournisseurs et clients, la paie et les rapprochements bancaires.
