Required:

Responsibilities
  • Executive Collaboration:
    • Actively participate as a member of the Executive Management Team.
    • Confer, consult, collaborate, and communicate to support organizational goals.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration:
    • Oversee the weekly payroll process.
    • Manage benefits administration, including annual open enrollment and quarterly utilization reviews.
    • Serve as a trustee for the 401(k) plan, conducting quarterly trustee reviews.
  • HR Operations:
    • Lead the administration of position classifications, job descriptions, recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
    • Direct training programs, performance reviews, safety protocols, and fair employment practices.
    • Conduct exit interviews for departing employees and recommend personnel policy revisions as needed.
  • Compliance and Records Management:
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local HR laws, including the Maricopa County Trip Reduction Program.
    • Maintain accurate and legally compliant personnel files and company records.
  • Policy Development:
    • Develop, update, and maintain the Employee Handbook and personnel policies.
    • Create and implement company goals, objectives, and HR-related policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Act as the chief negotiator for employee concerns, resolving complaints, problems, and grievances.
    • Foster teamwork, communication, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Special Projects:
    • Conduct wage surveys, special studies, and investigative meetings. Prepare reports and provide actionable recommendations.
    • Attend meetings, conferences, workshops, and seminars as required.
