Location: North County, San Diego – Hybrid/Onsite Schedule
Title: Staff Accountant
Salary: $75-85k(DOE) Bonus
Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant with experience in accounts payable and receivable. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with a variety of financial statement accounts, including:
- Cash
- Fixed Assets
- Leases
- Operating Expenses
- Equity
- Month-end close documentation preparation
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
- Assist the Senior Accountant with the month-end close process
- Support the upcoming financial statement audit
- Run reports and analyze financial data to assist the Senior Accountant and Controller
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Accounting degree preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related department
