About the Opportunity
Vaco is partnering with a growing Birmingham-based organization to identify an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. This individual will play a strategic role in driving full-cycle recruitment efforts, building talent pipelines, and partnering with business leaders to attract top talent across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Source and attract high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and evaluations.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate the offer process.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide market insights to hiring leaders.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.
- Promote employer branding initiatives and enhance the candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- 5 years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Proven success managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills.
- Experience recruiting for professional, corporate, or technical positions.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting technologies.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience partnering with executive leadership and hiring managers.
- Background supporting high-growth or multi-location organizations.
- Strong understanding of recruiting analytics and workforce planning.
