Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive research on food industry trends, new ingredients, and market developments.

Analyze consumer preferences, behavior, and purchasing patterns to identify emerging food trends and demands.

Monitor and report on competitor products, pricing strategies, and market performance.

Assist in the development of product concepts and formulations based on market research and consumer feedback.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and supply chain to align research findings with company goals.
-
Collect and analyze data from various sources, including industry reports, surveys, and market intelligence platforms.

Provide regular updates to leadership on research findings, key insights, and potential growth opportunities.

Evaluate food safety, sustainability, and regulatory trends to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Present research findings to internal teams and external stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Contribute to the development of food product testing plans and evaluate sensory analysis results.
- Stay updated on global food industry regulations and best practices.
???????Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

2-3 years of experience in food research, product development, or market analysis.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, or other research software).

In-depth knowledge of food trends, ingredients, and consumer behavior.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
-
Knowledge of food regulations, safety standards, and sustainability issues is a plus.
-
Familiarity with sensory evaluation techniques is advantageous.
