

Accounts Payable Specialist POST NUMBER: 442982
The AP Specialist will manage high-volume accounts payable operations while ensuring accurate allocation across multiple business units and service lines. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and manage high-volume accounts payable transactions while maintaining accuracy and timeliness
- Perform complex allocation of expenses across multiple locations and service lines
- Conduct thorough invoice review, verification, and approval routing through corporate systems
- Execute account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with Operations teams to obtain necessary approvals and clarifications
- Maintain organized documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
- Research and resolve account discrepancies using chart of accounts knowledge
- Support process improvement initiatives during periods of organizational change
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in accounts payable, with leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and chart of accounts
- Experience with expense allocations across multiple business units
- Proficiency in corporate-wide financial systems and platforms
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
