Interim Manager (Sr. Manager) Corporate FP&A

Our Client (a dynamic organization) is seeking an Interim FP&A professional to support their finance team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with business leaders, provide financial insights, and contribute to forecasting and investment decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts at the department level.
  • Manage day-to-day budget activities.
  • Support 3-Statement Modeling, cash flow forecasting, P&L analysis, and headcount planning.
  • Leverage business area knowledge to inform decision-making.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and present trends to senior management.
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
  • Standardize and automate processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • 5 years of FP&A experience (preferably in a tech organization).
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Working knowledge of GAAP principles.
  • Experience with Oracle ERM, Smartview, and SQL.

Compensation:
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure: $75 - $85 per hour.
