HR Generalist POST NUMBER: 439632
The ideal candidate will have a background in full life-cycle recruitment and also have experience in Generalist work to include benefits administration, performance management and company events.
Duties:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making offers.
- Conduct all admin and scheduling tasks related to hiring and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Utilize various recruitment channels to attract top talent and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress.
- Participate in benefits administration, performance management, and company events as needed.
- Knowledgeable of federal and state employment laws and regulations including ERISA, HIPPA, COBRA, FMLA, and ADA
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred and SHRM certification preferred.
- 2-3 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition and HR
- Experience with HRIS technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Culture Amp is ideal
