Job Title: Account Manager/Accounting Analyst
Location: Franklin, TN
Onsite
Salary: $60-65K
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for managing a roster of entertainment industry clients
- Work with Business Managers in day-to-day management of all finance & administration duties
- Perform basic business functions for clients, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, managing cash flow, and building and maintaining budgets
- Frequently communicate with clients regarding financial transactions
- Assist with onboarding clients
- Perform a variety of special projects as needed
- Prepare monthly financial statements and ad hoc reporting
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (oral and written)
- A general understanding of finance and accounting practices
- Ability to read and understand business financial statements
- Ability to responsibly manage cash flow
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually
- Flexible and self-starter who takes full ownership of tasks
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Detail oriented
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Eager to learn and advance in their professional career
Standout Candidates Will Have:
- Accounting or Finance degree
- Experience using accounting software
- Experience with AgilLink
- Music industry experience
