Finance Manager POST NUMBER: 309293
Key Responsibilities
- Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models, including integrated income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow models
- Analyze financial results, trends, and key business drivers to identify risks and opportunities
- Perform budget-to-actual and forecast variance analysis and communicate key findings to leadership
- Prepare recurring financial reporting and management analysis
- Develop ad hoc financial models and analyses to support business decisions
- Partner with finance and business leaders to evaluate performance and provide meaningful financial insights
- Support cash flow, balance sheet, and profitability analysis
- Translate complex financial information into clear, actionable recommendations
- Assist with financial presentations and reporting for senior leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting, forecasting, and analytical processes
- Support special projects and other strategic finance initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- Approximately 5–10 years of progressive finance experience
- Strong background in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical finance function
- Demonstrated experience with three-statement financial modeling
- Strong understanding of the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement and how they interact
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
- Strong Excel skills and ability to work with complex financial data
- Ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with finance leadership and business stakeholders
- Comfortable balancing recurring FP&A responsibilities with ad hoc analysis and projects
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
