We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a growing team. This role is responsible for managing the full accounts receivable cycle, including generating and issuing invoices, posting payments, reconciling customer accounts, and following up on outstanding balances. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to ensure timely collections and resolve any billing discrepancies. Key responsibilities also include maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close processes, and assisting with audits as needed. Proficiency in accounting software, accuracy in data entry, and a solid understanding of accounting principles are essential for success in this position.
