HR Generalist – Bilingual (Spanish)

Overview:
We are currently working with a client in the manufacturing space who is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR administrative functions. This fully on-site opportunity is located in Vernon, CA, starting as a contract-to-hire role with pay ranging from $33–$40/hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks for Workers’ Compensation and ADA cases
- Track medical documentation and employee recovery progress
- Assist with timecard corrections, password resets, and system access
- Conduct candidate pre-screens and coordinate hourly interviews
- Maintain HR records and provide daily support to on-site employees
- Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking staff on the production floor
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Proven experience supporting a blue-collar workforce
- Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now highly preferred
