Hiring a Software Engineer, Level I for a healthtech client

Salary:
$90,000 10% yearly bonus 

Scope of Work: creating & maintaining regulatory applications 

Location: Remote in US, EST Hours

Sponsorship not available, no 3rd parties 

Responsibilities:
  • Build software using C#, C , JavaScript, SQL, and JavaScript frameworks
  • Embrace best practices in SDLC (Code Reviews, Unit Tests, CI/CD)
  • Perform mutual code reviews within your team to ensure high quality code
  • Cooperate closely with the team, scrum masters, and product owners
  • Adhoc duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in C# and SQL Server
  • 6 months to 1 year experience with C
  • Experience with the development of robust, scalable micro-service back ends 
  • A desire to build zero-downtime deployments through coding innovation 
  • Experience delivering a product to market 
  • The ability to write clean code and unit testing, and the need to have your software to be usable from the very beginning 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Git, GitHub or Jira
  • Experience with healthcare regulations and compliance
  • Bachelors Degree
 
Interview Process:
  1. Initial Teams Meeting with Recruiter (30 minutes)
  2. Hiring Manager Conversation (45 minutes)
  3. Assessment Phase: May include a cognitive assessment, coding challenge, or assignment, if applicable.
  4. Technical Interview (60 minutes): in-depth discussion to evaluate technical skills.
  5. Team Interview (60 minutes): Engage with the broader team.
  6. Leadership Discussion (30 minutes): A final conversation with leadership (if applicable).
  7. Verbal Offer – Extended upon successful completion of all steps.
