Dental Care Coordinator

Position Overview
Vaco Staffing is hiring a Dental Care Coordinator for a large healthcare organization in Tampa. This in-office role ensures seamless coordination of patient treatment plans from evaluation to completion.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and schedule treatment plans accurately.

Serve as the primary contact for dental offices, adjusters, nurse case managers, and claimants.

Enter treatment plans and submit them for clinical and pricing review.

Schedule approved treatments promptly.
-
Ensure timely responses to requests from clients, providers, and management.

Educate provider offices on documentation requirements.

Obtain missing appointment documentation from providers.
-
Escalate unresolved issues to leadership as needed.

Provide input on process and system improvements.

Assist with testing system/process enhancements.
Qualifications

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Ability to multitask and follow procedures.
-
Bilingual is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and MS Office.
Education & Experience

Preferred: Dental Assistant certification or equivalent.

Plus: Experience with dental software platforms or contact centers.

Required: High School Diploma or GED.
