Marketing Coordinator (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Onsite in Irvine, CA
Pay Rate: $23–$25/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time | Immediate Need
Vaco is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Irvine. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and looking to grow in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Responsibilities:

Support the management and improvement of a national customer loyalty program.

Create and maintain weekly and monthly reports related to program performance.
-
Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage the loyalty program for sales promotions.

Maintain and update the program’s online marketplace with redemption items.

Process rebate submissions and manage promotion approvals and gift card purchases.
-
Handle administrative tasks for a consumer financing program, including contractor application processing and coordination with banking partners.

Develop and present strategic ideas to enhance program growth and engagement.

Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and sales operations) to ensure program success.

Provide support to the outside sales and training teams by addressing marketing-related questions and tasks.

Assist marketing leadership with market research and reporting using Excel and PowerPoint.

Cross-train with team members to help manage customer service emails and calls.

Administer partner enrollment through a designated partner platform.

Perform additional duties and support as needed.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing coordination or program support

Strong customer service orientation with a proactive mindset
-
Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Strong research and summarization skills on business topics

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications

Experience organizing and executing marketing programs
-
Previous experience in marketing communications or program administration
