Job Title: Program Manager – Process Re-engineering
About the Role
We are seeking a Program Manager to support a major transformation initiative within our Consumer Health division — one that redefines how we organize, manage, and deploy products across the enterprise. This role is central to implementing a product operating model and leading process re-engineering efforts that cut across talent structures, product validation, ways of working, and strategic portfolio management.
This is a highly cross-functional role requiring a strong, steady leader who can integrate multiple workstreams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive execution in a dynamic, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities

Program ownership of an enterprise-wide effort to implement a product-based operating model

Strategic portfolio management & tooling

Develop and maintain integrated roadmaps, communication decks, and track interdependencies between workstreams

Collaborate with and influence senior leaders to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely delivery

Deliver consistent, executive-level program reporting and communication

Lead cross-functional conversations that drive progress and surface blockers

Help transition away from Smartsheet to more effective tools; manage programs in Excel, Jira, Microsoft Planner, Lists, and use Power BI for reporting when applicable

Ensure product management principles are embedded in how work is planned and executed

Manage a growing portfolio in early estimation stages (Managing several million dollars)
Qualifications
-
8 years in program or portfolio management roles, preferably in large-scale transformation or product-oriented environments

Strong understanding of product management methodologies and operating models (OP models)

Proven ability to lead across multiple workstreams and influence without authority

Executive presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident, clear, and able to influence without being abrasive

Skilled in building alignment, surfacing critical dependencies, and managing through ambiguity

Proficient with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, MS Planner, Lists), with familiarity in Jira and Power BI is a plus.

Experience managing programs involving cross-functional stakeholders and early-stage estimation and scoping

Comfortable navigating change and adjusting course as strategic priorities evolve
