About the Opportunity
Vaco has a great opportunity for a Sales Support Analyst in Jacksonville, Florida. This role partners closely with e-commerce sales teams supporting major online retail accounts and combines data analysis, inventory planning, forecasting, reporting, and e-commerce operations.
The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and comfortable working with large amounts of data to identify trends, solve problems, and support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze sales, inventory, profitability, pricing, traffic, product availability, and performance trends
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports to support sales and business decisions
- Identify trends and opportunities across key e-commerce accounts
- Provide data and analysis to support planning and budgeting
Inventory & Forecasting
- Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning
- Track aging inventory and identify potential issues
- Maintain and update demand forecasts based on sales trends, promotions, product launches, and discontinuations
- Analyze variances and recommend forecast adjustments
E-Commerce & Product Support
- Support new product and item setup across online retail platforms
- Maintain accurate pricing, packaging, specifications, and product information
- Assist with digital product content and data synchronization
- Troubleshoot catalog, listing, and platform discrepancies
Promotions & Sales Support
- Analyze promotional performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support execution of sales initiatives and promotional programs
- Partner with internal teams to resolve customer and platform-related issues
- Assist with cross-functional projects and key sales initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Up to 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience within e-commerce, consumer products, sales operations, business analytics, inventory planning, or a related environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable business insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, operations, inventory, and other departments
