Position Overview
The Senior .NET Software Engineer is responsible for developing, modifying, and maintaining software applications, APIs, automations, and configurations that support enterprise operations. This role will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into functional, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain APIs, interfaces, and application programs based on business and technical requirements.
- Design and implement modifications to existing applications, including total redesigns when needed.
- Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to resolve system issues and anticipate future needs.
- Engage directly with end users to gather feedback, understand workflows, and identify system improvement opportunities.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues, using structured problem-solving techniques.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following software engineering best practices.
- Create and update technical documentation for applications, configurations, and business processes.
- Provide rotating on-call support as needed (adjusted weekly hours, no overtime).
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET Framework.
- Proficient in building microservices, APIs, and message protocol integrations.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with SQL Server.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines; Jenkins preferred.
- Familiarity with container-based deployments is a plus.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
