We are seeking a Functional Analyst with strong experience in cloud-based integration environments to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology, and who can translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
Your Role:
As a Functional Analyst, you will:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategic goals and translate them into functional specifications.
- Analyze and document business requirements, propose solutions, and support the design of systems that align with business objectives.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
- Conduct impact analysis for system changes and recommend appropriate modifications.
- Support testing activities by preparing test plans, test cases, and validating results.
- Provide ongoing support for existing applications and respond to user inquiries or incidents.
- Act as a trusted advisor to product owners and developers, offering guidance on functional alternatives aligned with system architecture.
- Map functional requirements to system features and capabilities.
Your Profile:
- 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of API integration, Java environments, and cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
- Familiarity with Kafka and event-driven architecture is a strong asset.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in both French and English (written and spoken).
- Experience working in hybrid environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with system architecture and data modeling.

Votre rôle :
En tant qu’Analyste Fonctionnel, vous serez amené à :
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour comprendre les objectifs stratégiques et les traduire en spécifications fonctionnelles.
- Analyser et documenter les besoins d’affaires, proposer des solutions et soutenir la conception de systèmes alignés sur les objectifs de l’organisation.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de développement pour assurer l’alignement entre les besoins d’affaires et la mise en œuvre technique.
- Réaliser des analyses d’impact lors de changements aux systèmes et recommander les modifications appropriées.
- Participer aux activités de tests : préparation des plans et cas de tests, exécution et validation des résultats.
- Fournir un soutien continu pour les applications existantes et répondre aux demandes ou incidents des utilisateurs.
- Agir comme conseiller de confiance auprès des propriétaires de produits et des développeurs, en proposant des alternatives fonctionnelles alignées sur l’architecture des systèmes.
- Cartographier les exigences fonctionnelles avec les fonctionnalités des systèmes et applications.
Votre profil :
- 5 ans et plus d’expérience en tant qu’Analyste Fonctionnel ou dans un rôle similaire.
- Solide compréhension de l’intégration via API, des environnements Java, et des plateformes cloud, en particulier AWS.
- La connaissance de Kafka et des architectures orientées événements est un atout important.
- Excellentes compétences en analyse et en résolution de problèmes.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication en français et en anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
- Expérience dans des environnements hybrides et en collaboration avec des équipes multidisciplinaires.
Atouts :
- Expérience dans des environnements Agile/Scrum.
- Connaissance des pratiques DevOps et des pipelines CI/CD.
- Familiarité avec l’architecture des systèmes et la modélisation des données.
