Senior Director – Procure-to-Pay (P2P) POST NUMBER: 447343
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Director – Procure-to-Pay (P2P) to optimize our global P2P function. This role is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of procurement operations, vendor management, and payments. You will play a key role in driving process automation, and compliance enhancing the user experience.
- Lead and manage the global Procure-to-Pay function, including purchasing, payments, and supplier onboarding.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for P2P process transformation.
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization across regions and business units.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess process effectiveness, service delivery, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business leaders to evaluate and implement enabling technologies, such as ERP and procurement platforms.
- Ensure strong vendor relationship management and enforce procurement governance and payment discipline.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls, audit protocols, tax, and financial reporting standards.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing global team of P2P professionals.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business.
- CPA certification is preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience in finance operations or procurement.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and procurement tools.
- Deep understanding of internal controls, compliance, and regulations.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
